TERMS & CONDITIONS

• You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of your country to use the Services on your own behalf.
• If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (commonly 18, but this varies), you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf where required.
• Beyond Service contains fantasy violence and mature mythological themes intended for a general/teen+ audience. We recommend parents review the game before allowing younger players to use it, and we reserve the right to add age-gating or ratings information as needed (e.g., PEGI/ESRB-style guidance) once finalized.
• If you are making purchases (comics, merch, in-game items), you confirm you have the legal capacity and, where required, parental consent to do so.

• You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date.
• Notify us immediately at support@goondugames.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, cheating, or abuse, or pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the Services.

Beyond Service currently includes, or may in the future include:

• Trial of the Gods — a game where players compete in wave-based dungeons, PvP arenas (1v1 and 2v2), and progression systems ("Survive the Trials," "Dominate the Arena," "Master Your Chi")
• Beyond Service comics — available as digital issues (read online) and physical printed editions (shipped to you), including bundles
• Merch store — physical merchandise related to the Beyond Service universe
• News and community content related to the universe

Features, availability, and pricing may change over time, and not all features described on our marketing materials may be live at every stage of development.

a) General

• All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may include or exclude taxes/duties depending on your location; any applicable taxes will be disclosed before you complete a purchase.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you also agree to that processor's applicable terms.
• We may change prices for digital or physical products at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

b) Digital comics

• Purchasing a digital comic issue grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and read that issue through our platform. You do not own the underlying content, and you may not copy, redistribute, sell, or publicly share the files or content outside the platform.
• Your digital library (purchased issues, reading progress) is tied to your account. Losing access to your account may affect access to your library — keep your login secure.

c) Physical comics and merch

• Physical items are subject to availability. We'll provide estimated shipping times at checkout; these are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk of loss and title for physical items passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier, unless local consumer law says otherwise.
• Returns, exchanges, and refunds for physical goods are handled according to our [Returns Policy — link/insert], which will comply with applicable consumer protection laws in your region.

d) In-game purchases / virtual currency (if applicable)

• If the game offers virtual currency, items, or a wallet, these have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you for use within the Services only — you don't own them as property.
• We may adjust, rebalance, discontinue, or reset virtual items or currency as needed for game balance, security, or legal compliance, and we'll try to give reasonable notice for major changes where practical.
• Except where required by law, in-game purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered/consumed. Statutory rights (e.g., for faulty digital content) are not affected.

• All content within Beyond Service — including but not limited to the game, characters (such as Soma, Kaira, Nze Ugwuoke, The Chosen, Lady Koi Koi, The Fallen Chief Priest), story, world, artwork, comics, logos, music, and code — is owned by Goondu Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed (e.g., standard fan content/streaming permissions, if and when we publish a separate content policy).

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, or manipulate game mechanics, rankings, or the in-game economy
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post or transmit unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or infringing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or data
• Use the Services for any commercial purpose we haven't authorized
• Circumvent age restrictions or parental controls
• Violate any applicable law

We may take action — including warnings, suspensions, permanent bans, or forfeiture of in-game items/currency obtained through violations — at our reasonable discretion.
